I was heading back to Prince rupert from Smithers and my car showed some engine problem. I came here very concerned and nervous but they helped me fix the car, used not much time and charged a fair price. So, I finally reached at my destination on time. We are from South Carolina just passing through Smithers pulling a 29' camper and had an issue with a blown fuse that we could not fix, but needed desperately because it ran our back up & rearview camera. We swung by the Toyota dealership to see if they could help and they were amazing! We could not even pull into the bay with our camper behind our truck and Kurt came out to the parking lot and looked over our issue and identified the problem and gave us a fix in just minutes!! We are 100% and now safely back on the road thanks to Kurt and his quick and knowledgable help!

Had a sudden loud problem near my air filter behind the lower glove compartment ...brought to Toyota in Smithers , a few months ago to sort it out. They installed a new air filter . The problem recurred, likely due to an odd cut out "gap", near the air filter , by a Vancouver garage to "remove a rat nest" ... When I stopped in today, and Wanda asked Kurt to listen about my repeat problem. He kindly offered to take a " quick look". Fortunately, the problem was very quickly sorted by Kurt and they put in a 2nd air filter at no charge... I really appreciated Kurt and Wanda's help to me as a customer , and taking time on the fly to finish resolving this unusual air filter problem.

He stayed in continual contact with me and went above and beyond to make sure repairs went smoothly. Fantastic customer service!
